Mascot - Toki

My entry for the mascot contest over at #BestOfAnimeGirls~

I'm not very good at designing clothes (there goes my dreams of being a fashion designer) but it seemed like a fun thing to do. The group was looking for something bright and cheerful so i tried to make her look that way as much as possible.
